UMJ Signs Leadership IKU for the 2023-2024 Period

 Muhammadiyah University Jakarta signed the Leadership Key Performance Indicators (IKU) contract for the 2023-2024 period at the Faculty of Education Auditorium, 

Thursday (4/09/23). This event was attended by all levels of UMJ leadership, from the Daily Advisory Board, Chancellor, Deputy Chancellor, Deans, Heads of Institutions, Heads of Offices, Heads of Technical Implementation Units.

In his speech, Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ma'mun Murod, M.Sc., said that the IKU formulation continues to undergo improvements and is in accordance with the quality principles that UMJ wants to aim for. 
"God willing, the current IKU is much more perfect, because improvements are continuously being made. "Hopefully this year, both Main Performance Indicators (IKU), Lecturer Performance Index (IKD) and Individual Performance Indicators (IDI) will be perfect as we hope," said Ma'mun.

Ma'mun also hopes that all university, institutional and faculty leaders will synergize together in supporting IKU UMJ so that it can have good implications for UMJ. 

“Indeed, there are still holes in the work we do. "I want to say, as a system it requires work from a sub-system with the same rhythm so that everything can run well," added Ma'mun.

This is in line with what was conveyed by BPH UMJ Member, Drs. Abdul Cebba, AK., M.BA., CA., CPA said that there needs to be synergy in supporting IKU so that the vision and mission can be achieved. “IKU should have been programmed to be achieved. We have to look at three indicators from the KPI, strategic plan, and university vision and mission. "All of these are measurements that we must strive for so that every leader given by IKU has carried out it well," said Cebba.

The event closed with the signing of the IKU by all levels of university leadership, faculties, institutions and bureaus within UMJ and witnessed by members of the UMJ BPH.
